Buying property in Turkey with Sun-Comfort includes following the Comfort-Package to assist you
Before Sales Services:
• Airport transfer and hotel arrangements if required
• Inspection trips to find your dream property
• Preparing all the legal documents and the sales contract
• Assistance and guidance on your property tax matters
Arranging appointments with Notary Public and a Translator for your convenience
After Sales Services:
• Registering the property under your name when the application is submitted back from the authorities
• Assisting you to get your tax number from The Tax Office
• Registering for electricity, water and phone line
• Assisting you to have a bank account
• furniture and all other house appliances support
• Advice on property insurance (theft, earthquake, storm, etc…)
Furthermore;
Our property management services are free of charge in the first year, afterwards at an annual fee of 300 €.
Order of extra visit/ control costs 25 € .
